Quality Process

HAMCO is certified to the quality management standard - ISO 9001:2000 for "The provision of Third Party Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Overland Transport, Freight Forwarding, Project Freight, Exhibition and Event Logistics, Property Management, Property Development, Warehouse Management, Freezer & Chiller Facilities, Bonded Warehousing and Distribution, Customs Management, Modernization and Inspection".

The quality process is controlled and planned by Quality Assurance Managers supported by a group of certified internal auditors and lead auditors who survey and audit all processes. Any non-conformance issues are documented, discussed with the appropriate management and corrective actions identified, planned and implemented. A complete record is maintained of all audit results and details are used to monitor performance against targets. Key Performance Indicator (KPI’s) results are monitored and, where significant deviations are noted, investigations are initiated to determine cause and remedial actions. Our policy is to continuously improve the quality of our multi-faceted services to meet customer requirements and ensure customer satisfaction, thereby maintaining HAMCO Logistics as a leading facilitator of supply chain solutions.
